SHAPED BY TRAGEDY? Six-year-old Jermaine Peters and his two siblings one day after his brother, Semple, was brutally killed by a drug addict. |
On
the morning he was shot, Otis Robinson was at home with her other
children and reputed husband and heard a series of gunshots, which
sounded like they were being, fired close by. She said at one
point, she had a strange sensation in her stomach, and immediately
felt sick. When the gunfight was over, she saw a police vehicle
passing with someone's feet stretched out at the back of the
vehicle, lying on the ground.
'He was by the mango tree then he (the killer) chop he on
he neck. I pick he up and he neck been hanging and I carry he
inside and he start breathe hard....'" Ten years ago,
Jermaine Peters had recounted how he saw drug addict, Baby Arthur
chop his brother to death.
